All packages are sent from our international warehouse in the Netherlands, from Monday to Friday we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Every product in our assortment has an estimated dispatch date, which can be found on our website.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery within EU
We deliver to most EU countries within a few working days. Delivery time, delivery cost and minumum order value may varie from country to country.
Delivery outside EU / Exworks.
For delivery outside EU, we have the option of Exworks. You can use a freight forwarder such as UPS / DHL or FedEx to collect the parcel from our warehouse.
A service cost of €50,00 - which includes the administration and preparation cost - will be added to the total amount of your order at Any-Lamp.com

- Send an email to our customer service team to [email protected]
- Our customer service team will place the order for you in our system.
- You will receive a payment link or the necessary bank information via e-mail in order to complete your payment to validate the order.
- Once your order is ready for collection, a customer service representative will inform you about the weight, dimensions and collection address required by the transporter.
- At this point, you can contact your freight forwarder such as UPS / DHL / FedEx to organise and collect the shipment from our warehouse and deliver it to your destination.

- Your freight forwarder may provide you with a shipping label. Please send this to our email [email protected] along with your order number for our reference. This will be attached to the parcel which includes a packing list of the products and the invoice to assist with customs clearance across the borders.
- As soon as the order is ready, your freight forwarder will have 5 business days to complete the pick up; after that the item(s) will be returned to stock.
- In case the pick up is not completed in the time frame stated above we will retain the handling fee and refund the remaining amount onto your account.
