Our all-in warranty is fully included in the product price and covers both hidden defects and technical defects of the product that occurred before delivery. The warranty period differs per product and ranges from 1 year to a maximum of 6 years.

Dimmable bulbs work in combination with a dimmer switch and allow you to determine the desired light output. Dimming also provides energy saving potential because less power is required when the lamp is producing less light.

Many LED fixtures in our range have a built-in LED module, but there are also fixtures that are available excluding the bulb. In that case, we have a suitable LED bulb, LED spotlight bulb or LED fluorescent tube available for every fixture without a bulb.

The power factor indicates how efficiently a luminaire uses electricity. The rule is: the higher the power factor, the more efficient the power consumption. A product with a high power factor (0.85 - 0.95) is also the safest. This is because the amount of unnecessary power consumption (blind current) is very limited.

Are you specifically looking for an (LED) fixture that you can install on the ceiling, wall or floor? With this filter, you can easily select your preferred type of mounting. Please note that certain fixtures can be mounted in multiple ways using the installation materials supplied (e.g. a LED bulkhead). Mounting is also possible using individually purchasable fixture accessories, such as a frame or suspension kit for a LED panel.

The IP value indicates the degree of protection against the ingress of moisture and dust. The 1st digit (0 = not protected until 6 = completely dustproof) indicates the protection against dust. The 2nd digit (0 = not protected until 8 = protected against immersion) indicates the protection against water. Products with an IP44 rating are splashproof and products with an IP65 rating or higher are (completely) dustproof and waterproof.
